WIRE THERMOCOUPLES

We manufacture a wide range of high quality versatile thermocouples for industrial temperature measurement.

Types: K, T, J, N, R, S & B

Sheaths : PVC, PTFE, PFA, Kapton and Glass fibre. All available with or without protective metal braiding.

Hot Junction: Stripped and beaded to customer requirements.

Termination: Bare tails, micro, mini & standard connectors, high temp plastic connectors, ceramic connectors, crimped terminals

Operating range: -75°C to + 1200°C (dependant on design)

MINERAL INSULATED THERMOCOUPLES

Durable Mineral Insulated type thermocouples to suit a wide range of temperature measurement applications. We offer a variety of probe types, lengths, diameters and terminations.

Cable Diameters Available: (mm) 1.0, 1.5, 1.6 ,2.0, 3.0, 3.2, 4.5, 4.8, 6.0, 6.4, 8.0

Types available:  N,K,J,T,R,S,C,B

Common Sheath materials: Stainless steels (310,316,321), Inconel 600, Nicrosil D.

Termination: Bare tails, miniature connectors , standard connectors, high temp plastic connectors, ceramic connectors, terminal heads and crimped terminals.

Hot Junction:  Bonded, Insulated or Exposed Junctions.

Operating range: -270°C to + 1400°C (dependant on design).

MOUNTABLE PROBES

We manufacture a wide range of high quality mountable thermocouples in standard sizing or made to meet your needs.

Types: K,T, J, N, 

Sheaths : PVC, PTFE, PFA, Kapton or Glass fibre with or without stainless steel braid leads.

Hot Junction: Various options including bolt/clip on assemblies, magnetic assemblies, adhesive patches and strap on probes.

Termination: Bare tails, miniature connectors, standard connectors, high temp plastic connectors, ceramic connectors and crimped terminals.

Operating range: -75°C to + 600°C (dependant on design).

HANDHELD PROBES

We supply a wide range of handheld temperature probes so suit your specific application. These including thermocouple sensors for use with digital handheld thermometers for surface, air or insertion temperature measurement. For use in various applications such as food and beverage, motorsports, cold storage facilities or environmental monitoring.

Types: K,T, J, N, 

Hot Junction: Various options available including probes for both air and surface temperature measurement.

Termination: PVC retractable lead with miniature connector as standard.

Operating range: -75°C to + 1000°C (dependant on design)

PENETRATION AND IMMERSION PROBES

Penetration/Immersion probes are a good general purpose sensor usually used in the monitoring of foods liquids and gasses.

Types: K,T, J, N, 

Sheaths : PVC, PTFE, PFA or Glass fibre with or without stainless steel braid leads.

Hot junction: Various diameter, lengths and tip formation available with either bonded or insulated junctions.

Termination: Bare tails, miniature connectors, standard connectors, high temp plastic connectors, ceramic connectors, crimped terminals.

Operating range: -75°C to + 600°C (dependant on design).

CALIBRATION SERVICES

Precision Heat Sensor offer multipoint calibrations service on both your new and current probes .We are fully traceable to ISO17025 (UKAS) calibration standards. Using our in-house calibration laboratory we can offer calibration at any temperature point between -20°C & +1200°C.
